Unsigned macOS Installation Guide
When the system says “can’t open” or “is damaged”, follow the steps below.
Recommended method (allow it in System Settings)
- Open “System Settings” → “Privacy & Security”
- Find the blocked NativeVid app in the “Security” area
- Click “Open Anyway”, confirm the prompt, and relaunch the app
Tip: This does not weaken overall system security. It only allows the current app.
Common error prompts
- If you see “is damaged”, re-download the full installer and try again.
- If you see “developer cannot be verified”, continue with “Open Anyway”.
- If the app “can’t be opened”, make sure you are not launching it directly from the archive.
Suggestion: Turn off aggressive cleanup or antivirus tools before installation so files are not removed by mistake.
