Plugin Center FAQ

A collection of scattered but useful questions for faster troubleshooting.

Where is the plugin entry?

Click “Plugin Center” in the left-side navigation of the app to browse the available tool categories.

Why won’t a plugin open or respond?

First confirm that the plugin’s base dependencies are installed, such as FFmpeg or subtitle tool components. If it still does not respond, restart the client and try again.

What if a plugin runs very slowly?

Check whether multiple tasks are running in the background. You can also reduce concurrency or lower source resolution to improve speed.

Which formats do plugins support?

Each plugin supports different formats. Check the plugin detail page for the supported list. If a format is missing, send us feedback.

Will source media be uploaded to a server?

No. NativeVid is built around local processing, so your source media is not uploaded to a server.

What if I have another small plugin question?

Go to “Contact Support” and send the question through the feedback popup. We will collect those cases and add them to this page.
