Information to prepare before contacting us
Current version and system
Include your Windows or macOS version, NativeVid version, and whether the issue appeared on first install or after an update.
Minimal reproduction steps
Describe the issue as “what you opened, what you clicked, and what happened”. This makes it easier to identify the failing step quickly.
Screenshots, logs, or samples
Error screenshots, log excerpts, or a short reproducible sample usually shorten troubleshooting time a lot.
