Shipping and Delivery Policy

How NativeVid digital services, subscriptions, software access, and Points are delivered after purchase.

1. Digital Service Delivery

NativeVid is a digital software service operated by BLUE STAR TRADING LIMITED. We provide downloadable software, account-based service entitlements, subscriptions, Points packages, and AI video processing features.

NativeVid does not sell or ship physical goods. There are no physical packages, warehouse shipments, shipping carriers, shipping fees, or physical delivery addresses for NativeVid digital purchases.

2. Delivery Methods

Depending on the product or service purchased, delivery may be completed through one or more of the following methods:

  • Access to the NativeVid website or Web account page.
  • Download access to NativeVid software through the official website or release page.
  • Activation or update of your NativeVid subscription status.
  • Addition of purchased Points to your NativeVid account.
  • Availability of paid service capabilities inside the NativeVid software client.
  • Email, account, or in-product notices related to your order or service status.

3. Order Processing Time

Most digital orders are processed immediately after successful payment. In some cases, account entitlements, subscription status, or Points may take up to 24 hours to appear because of payment provider processing, account verification, risk review, network conditions, or system maintenance.

4. Delivery Completion

A digital order is considered delivered when the related subscription, Points, download access, or service entitlement becomes available in your NativeVid account, Web account page, official download channel, or NativeVid software client.

Please keep your NativeVid account email and login credentials accurate and secure so that we can deliver and support your digital services.

5. If Delivery Is Delayed

If your payment was successful but the related subscription, Points, download access, or service entitlement is not available within 24 hours, please contact customer support and provide your NativeVid account email, order ID, payment screenshot or receipt, purchase time, and purchased product name.

After receiving your request, we will review the order status, payment provider records, account status, and service delivery records. We may complete delivery, reissue the related entitlement, request more information, or provide another reasonable resolution based on the review result.

6. Regional Availability and Restrictions

Because NativeVid is a digital service, physical shipping restrictions do not apply. However, access to digital services, paid features, payment methods, or account entitlements may be limited by applicable laws, sanctions, payment provider rules, platform rules, risk-control requirements, or service availability in certain regions.

7. Relationship to Other Policies

This Shipping and Delivery Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. Refund eligibility for digital purchases is handled under the Return and Refund Policy.
