The terms governing access to nativevid.com, account security, paid digital services, renewals, refunds, liability, and dispute handling.

1. Acceptance of the Terms of Use
These Terms of Service are entered into by and between you and BLUE STAR TRADING LIMITED ("Company," "we," or "us"). These terms govern your access to and use of nativevid.com, NativeVid software, account services, paid digital services, and related content or functionality (collectively, the "Services").
Please read these terms carefully before you use the Services. By using the Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.
The Services are offered and available to users who are 16 years of age or older. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to form a binding contract.
2. Changes to the Terms
We may revise and update these terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Services after revised terms are posted means that you accept and agree to the changes.
3. Accessing the Services and Account Security
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services, and any content or functionality we provide, in our discretion without notice. We will not be liable if all or any part of the Services is unavailable at any time.
To access some resources, you may be asked to provide registration details or other information. It is a condition of your use of the Services that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete. You agree that information you provide is governed by our Privacy Policy.
You must treat your username, password, login sessions, and account access credentials as confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
If you choose to sign in through Google or another third-party identity provider, you authorize us to receive the basic account information necessary to authenticate you and create or maintain your NativeVid account.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Services:
- In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
- For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors.
- To transmit spam, unsolicited promotions, malicious code, or abusive content.
- To impersonate the Company, NativeVid, a Company employee, or any other person.
- To interfere with the normal operation, security, or availability of the Services.
You also agree not to use automated tools to access the Services in a way that harms normal operation or violates these terms.
5. User Contributions and Generated Content
The Services may allow users to submit content, files, subtitles, text, audio settings, or other inputs ("User Contributions") to generate video, audio, subtitle, translation, or other output ("Generated Content").
Ownership and License: We do not claim ownership of your User Contributions or Generated Content. By using the Services, you grant us, our affiliates, and service providers a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, process, reproduce, transmit, and display User Contributions and Generated Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services.
You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights necessary to submit User Contributions and use the Services as intended.
6. Content Standards
User Contributions and Generated Content must not:
- Contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, harassing, or hateful material.
- Promote sexual exploitation, violence, discrimination, or harm against others.
- Infringe patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Be used for fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise unlawful activity.
7. Intellectual Property Rights of the Services
The Services, including software, website content, interfaces, features, workflows, documentation, images, video, audio, logos, and other materials, are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by intellectual property laws.
These terms permit you to use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from the Services without express permission.
8. Paid Digital Services, Subscriptions, and Points
Some NativeVid features require payment. We may offer recurring subscription products, one-time month products, Points packages, promotional Points, or other paid digital entitlements. Product names, prices, billing cycles, currencies, included benefits, Points amounts, validity periods, and availability may vary by region, campaign, or account status and will be shown on the checkout page, order page, or service interface at the time of purchase.
Points are service usage units within NativeVid. Points are not cash, stored value, gift cards, bank deposits, or transferable balances, and they cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, resold, or used outside NativeVid unless we expressly state otherwise.
9. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation
Recurring subscription plans renew automatically unless you cancel before the end of the then-current billing period. By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize us and our payment service providers to charge your selected payment method for each renewal term at the then-applicable rate, subject to applicable law.
If you cancel automatic renewal, your current subscription period will generally remain active until the end of that period, but cancellation itself does not create a refund right. If the Services allow you to restore a cancelled-but-still-active subscription, restoring renewal does not immediately create a new paid period or duplicate benefits already granted for the current period.
We may change subscription prices, plan structures, or included benefits from time to time. Where required, we will provide notice before a material change takes effect for a future renewal period.
10. One-Time Purchases, Refunds, Chargebacks, and Risk Controls
One-time purchases, such as one-time month products or Points packages, do not renew automatically. Eligibility for refunds, if any, is determined according to the specific product, the extent of benefit or Points usage, applicable law, and any refund policy or checkout disclosures that apply to your purchase.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, cancelling automatic renewal does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. For certain one-time products, we may review refund requests when the related benefits and Points remain completely unused. If Points or subscription benefits have already been used, refund requests may be denied.
If a payment is reversed, charged back, disputed, suspected to be fraudulent, or otherwise fails to settle properly, we may suspend or terminate access to related paid features, freeze or recover unused Points or benefits, offset related remaining Points in your NativeVid account, deny future purchases, or take other reasonable account-protection measures.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of the Services is at your own risk. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation on Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and all matters relating to the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without giving effect to any conflict of law provision.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms or the Services shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
